Stay ahead in the limo industry by connecting to the GNET ‘GRiDD Transportation Network’ with LimoExpress. This integration allows you to receive and send assignments to thousands of companies already in the network, enhancing your service capabilities and business reach.
To get started, register with GNET at GNET Registration. Make sure to validate the conditions of use directly with GNET. After successful registration go to GNET Dashboard on link:
https://gnet.grdd.net/dashboard/pages/login.html
On the left side, copy the GNET ID, you will need that later (check example).
Note: To add and accept new partnerships visit GNET page
https://gnet.grdd.net/dashboard/pages/partner.html
Note: Every time the page is opened, the system rechecks the GNET ID. When you see the green icon, that means that everything is good and GNET is connected.
Note: The level of data synchronization with your partners depends on GNET and the compatibility of your partner's software.
Costs: There may be costs associated with sending and receiving assignments through GNET. Please verify these costs directly with your GNET contacts during registration.
When a partner sends a reservation request over GNET, the reservation appears in the calendar as every other reservation, but it has a GNET logo visible.
Click on the reservation will open the window where you can check all the reservation details.
If reservation is related to the GNET, you will see the logo at the header and additional tabs related to the GNET data. By opening the window, you will be able to see all GNET details.
Dispatchers have an option to Accept or Reject the reservation.
After this action, the dispatcher is allowed to edit the reservation as usual and the system will synchronize the data automatically.
If an organization has GNET installed, then the dispatcher/manager will have an option ‘Send via GNET’ in the reservation action menu (Upper right corner of the window)
By clicking on ‘Send via GNET’ the system opens extra fields that will be sent to the partner. Fields are shown below:
Note: List of partners is automatically fetched from the GNET, which means that all of your connections from the GNET will be displayed in the dropdown menu.
When ridesmissions are received or sent via GNET, modifications and status changes are synchronized between the two systems, ensuring seamless updates and coordination.
By connecting LimoExpress with the GNET network, you can streamline your operations and expand your business reach with ease.
